Checked-in about a half hour ago, I was very pleased to get my room this early in the day. I asked about an upgrade (as I was given a west-facing room on the 16th floor), and I was told none were available. I find this strange as I can go online now and book a Park View King for my 3 night stay.

Absolutely no mention of diamond benefits upon check-in, I had to ask about breakfast and the welcome amenity after being given keys to the room. After double-checking the computer to verify I was diamond, the FD agent told me I could order room service for breakfast (no mention of how much credit I would receive) and then asked if I wanted 1,000 points or a wine/cheese amenity. Based on the fact she had no idea I was diamond, I'm guessing anyone could have checked-in as early as myself.

Rooms are excellent, nice flat screen for me to watch some World Cup action now.
