How is MSP doing with getting acft parked. I've heard in the past it was taking awhile (10-20) minutes to get someone there to work the jetbridge. I worked in MSP during the computer cutover and was surprised at the way gate agents are assigned to individual flights and not to specific gates. Same thing I hear in DTW.
