The DEL Radisson has provided me with airport transfer for my nearly dozen paid stays there but not for award stays. There are two Radisson properties in the DEL area and only one near the airport (and not the one in Noida) has the airport transfer included in their room rate. Email them your arrival details and make sure you get an email confirmation from them on the transfers and they'll have someone at the arrivals hall with your name.
Some of my stays at the Hyatt included the airport transfers but not for all the rates qualified for the airport transfers.
