Per the other thread, I'll start the ball rolling on this thread to identify Hyatt locations where restrictions have been placed on use of the Hyatt check certificates. Please feel free to modify the format with any suggestions.

Please follow this format for ease of reference.

1) Location
2) Type of rate. (I'm not sure if it makes sense to identify the entity/corporation for the corporate rate since makes this thread the backdoor into having a master corporate rate thread)
3) Whether the certs were presented at checkin or checkout
4) Whether the denial was by a FD clerk or manager
5) Whether the denial was regarding the "old" or "new" certs (with specific verbiage about negotiated rates)
6) The stated reason for the denial


here's mine:

1) SS Pleasanton
2) Corporate Rate
3) Checkout
4) Both FD Clerk and FD manager
5) new certs
6) ANY corporate rate = negotiated rate = can't use new certs (they checked the T&Cs of the actual cert and said that if I had the other version, I would be able to use them)
