I did and posted my longer view in the diamond upgrade thread. I was originally put me in the Arcade room, which is the exact room type you get without the certificate. I called down and asked if that was really considered a suite, because it did not live up to my definition of one. A few minutes later they did upgrade me to another room with the adjoining parlor connector, but NOT one of the suites they show on the website. I wouldn't waste a confirmed upgrade here again unless I was sure that I wouldn't be using it elsewhere.
