Hear, hear, for bringing this back to graphics! The products aren't much different, from what I can tell, but the two companies have vastly different approaches to marketing graphics:

Interesting. Note that they took Pentagram's idea of super-sizing the logomark -- DL's widget, just like UA's "white tulip," extends off the tail -- and angled it in a nod to the old `N on Northwest's tails. Delta's print ads seem more visually spare than they were, although I haven't really watched them closely.
