I had the same happen 2 weeks ago, SAN to DEN, however unlike you, I just let it slide. I didn't even realize I was Classic Plus until I printed ticket. It did bother me that FAs never even checked, and I wondered if other Classic Plus pax's were shorted as well. Flying F9 Classic Plus tomorrow-we'll see what happens.
