If your goal is to instead fly MSP-BKK in biz for a low award at 120K, look at partner TPAC carriers such as Korean (careful about blackout dates) or China Southern and consider purchasing domestic US connections if necessary. Alternatively, depending on the dates of your trip, you could get lucky close to your travel dates and be able to change at least one of your current coach awards (change saeats and take turns who sits up front if needed) to low BE, possibly still with some coach segments. FWIW, I very much like the nonstop MSP-NRT flights as well as connecting in NRT, where you can briefly enjoy the wonderful SkyClubs and a generally very efficient airport.
However, please follow the situation in BKK and consider cancelling your trip if there are government travel advisories in effect at that time.
