Sometimes I can't entirely blame the GAs though. As we boarded CO 40 this morning, (45 minutes late, because the plane was at another gate and had to be moved??), this older couple had to be told 3 times to move to the non-elite line and wait their row to be called. The GA was nice the first 2 times, but got a little testy the 3rd time. I don't blame him...
