Which TAM fare classes are eligible for AP miles?
If I book a fare class with TAM, does the same amount of status mileage get credited to Aeroplan as it would to TAM's FF program? Classes below:

Promo - 20% mileage in TAM's FF
Light - 90% mileage in TAM's FF
Flex - 100% mileage in TAM's FF
Max - 120% mileage in TAM's FF
Top- 150% mileage in TAM's FF

Anyone have any real world experience with this? While I'm here, does the TAM web site finally allow a foreign credit card for domestic purchases or are they still in the dark ages?
