In other words, we'd have to go to the courthouse ourselves to get those public records, yet you did give us the FOIA requests you put in without each of us having to put in our own request . . . hmmmm.
I suspect that the fact that the judge recused himself, and the reason he gave, are public records; while the details of the witness list are not (though it does have to be provided to the defense).
