Scheduled to return to Philly tomorrow. Just tried to check in and buy a choice seat since I was assigned to a middle seat.

When I click on the link to buy a choice seat, I see a seat map with eight seats available. But I can't click on any of the seats.

Website says "We can't open that seat map. We'll assign your seats at the airport"
Next line says "There are no advance seats available. We'll assign you seats when you check in or at the airport"

I called the airline and the agent told me to buy them online. Then when I said it wasn't working she told me that I already have a seat. So I again explain the problem and she says that I can only buy them at the airport.

All I want to do is give these people $10 to get out of a middle seat. Do I have any options other that taking the train to the airport tonight?
