My guess is that you _can_ do this, even though you definitely _should_ not. People who take unfair advantage of generous offers like 16 or 32 credits for $59 cause the company to change future offers, to the detriment of all of us who did not try to cheat on the deal. Please do your part for your fellow FTers by paying the $59.
I agree one should keep it for at least 6 months -- but no penalty for cancelling after 2 or so. Anyway, if one keeps card but never uses except for that first purchase, not much difference in cancelling. WN and Bank should have credits issued 60 days AFTER approval --
