Here are my questions, to attempt to make me feel better:
  1. One post suggested getting transport on a moving cart, if you are running sort of time. Is that OK to do, or are they just for handicapped?
  2. Another post suggested looking at history of arrival/departure gates for the flights in question. Is there consistency in arrival/departure gates? Flight through MSP is July 17.
39 min. is lots of time most of the time.
Any CRJ/SAAB or international flights?

International means that you need to go through customs or board early - different rules apply.

Regional flights are in the C14 and above, B or A gates. A bit of a hike but still possible.

You will need to give a bit more information.
