Perhaps more confusion about the change fee in the offing ....

I just spoke again to one agent who read the instruction straight out of the screen. He said it applies to PlanAAhead coach awards only. Premium cabin awards, be it AA or partners, and AAnytime awards inclduing coach are excluded.

Another agent was still telling me all awards are subject to it but I then asked her to double check and she came back and said the instruction has been changed. It now says PlaneAAhead coach only is subject to it.

More changes coming? This is ridiculous.
