It's the Malikha Lodge in Putao. To get there you'd need a special visa as it's a military base. No photos in the airport, etc. But Putao itself is a true paradise- marrying the lush tropical jungles of Myanmar with the cool Himalayan climes and mountainscapes.
It's also home to rare species of -odd as this pairing might seem- orchids and snakes- the first being a draw for adventure travellers looking to climb Mt Hkakabo Razi. One of the most special places I'd been to (and I'd almost not made it there due to the then-erratic flight schedule).
