Due to security precautions Car/Shuttle rental company facilities are not located on the Port of Miami premises.

But the following offers shuttle service to the port.
Dollar Rent-A-Car
Thrifty Car Rental
Hertz Corp
Alamo Rent a Car

I may have to change my reservation.
