It's a great lounge - bigger than almost all BA outstations (although I haven't yet seen the very recent size reduction) and never, ever, busy.

Food offerings are slim - breakfast is basically cereal, toast, croissants, etc, but no proper hot food. But MAN has plenty of other food outlets where you can get involved.

MAN generally isn't an airport you need to bother arriving early at so it's a not a lounge I ever spend a long time in. Security is extremely efficient, even without fast-track, and the airport generally works well. I tend to show up 60-70 minutes before departure and still have time for a trip to Boots and coffee in the lounge.
