Yup, just read this myself. I'm curious what kind of reaction I'm going to get when I ask a clerk/cashier in WA to knock off their 6.5% sales tax and show them my NEXUS pass/Passport.
I figure after enough cross border shoppers mention this, they'll eventually catch on.
