This is indeed an option if you visit the Privium Club Lounge, where they serve quality food and snacks.
Doing so at a Crown lounge would pose a threat to your immediate wellbeing and long-term health. I should imagine that the same holds true for most other AMS lounges, but I'm only familiar with BA's.

I was at the Crown Lounge the other day and they had salads, soup, breadrolls with various (Dutch
) fillings such as cheese, cold chicken cuts and cream cheese.
And some pretzels.
Not sure this is a long-term health hazard, as long as you stay off the vinegar in the white wine bottles
