Not sure about room service as we ate in Nomi but our bill was well over 80 dollars on both occasions and we were given a zero balance on checkout. We did however, tip our waiters in cash based on the actual bill. Perhaps room service is different??
Funny, we were also there over Memorial Day (Sat/Sun nights) as well. I forget what floor (12, I think), but we were also unable to get an upgrade (the Blackhawk game apparently filled in a lot of empty rooms).
We had two rooms on NBT, and the only thing that showed up from 4 daily breakfasts at NOMI was our tip. Was surprised to see that, I had expected to pay for some portion of the food. I may have seen some of you in Nomi, as we did see families with kids, which isn't something that we normally do there. They've always treated our two year old son very nicely.
We went with the prosecco and fruit. We've had the cheese before, and prefer the fruit. The macaroons were a huge disappointment on a prior stay.
We love this hotel! We'll be back again for a one night stay tomorrow, using my last NBT from Winter.
