The OP says that they're flying this afternoon, so the horse has left the barn on that one. The best you can do is trying to check in a couple of more times over the next few hours and see if anything better has opened up. Failing that, the GA is your best bet. good luck --- it's a long flight to be crammed into a middle seat.
Don't forget that CO has a policy about POS so if there's a particularly obese person flowing into your seat that needs the armrest up or needs more than one seat belt extender, call for help before the door closes, and make CO take the POS off the plane, if necessary, not you --- that's their policy.
PS Once flight opens for checkin at 24 hours, premium seats are up for grabs by anyone
