I think C4 was empty because DL didn't need it and didn't want to pay for the lease on it. They only needed the old NW gates on C because there wasn't enough apron room on B for the 6 RON planes they had, even with B6. I'd imagine CO will take it over, along with C6 and C8, once DL moves out.

What's interesting in the next schedule update is that DL will now have many more flights with F cabins in it than it has in years ( mostly thanks to the CR7s getting F cabins ). I've think it's at least 6x to ATL ( mix of CR9, CR7, and E175 ) and 1x to MSP (CR7). CAK which has seen 6-7x CR7 to ATL now goes down to just 1x CR7 and the rest CRJ.
