After seeing this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...boots-cle.html) in the United forums and talking to the Delta agent on Monday, it looks like Delta will be giving up their old NW C gates ( C6 and C8 ) and take over the previous United gates of B3 and B5. They will also be able to use B6 ( former DL gate ) and B7 ( former UA gate ) for IRROPS and RONs.

Looks like UA moves out today, and DL supposedly ( from talking to a red coat in CLE ) will move in in the next week or so.
