I looked closer at these things. All three are a resevoir type containers as apposed to a sealed bladder of product. So a common key latch on top needs to be opened and then you pour in the shampoo etc. Clearly a cost savings for the hotel. They can buy bulk multi-gallon containers and keep filling.

Also, each pump yeilds a pea size amount of shampoo. So a guy with little hair is a three pump minimum. A long haired lady will get her heart rate up pumping enough.
