Oh, at any given moment, regardless of a carriers participation in WorldTracer, a baggage service agent can only tell you exactly where you bag is if A/It's been located and B/Has already been loaded into BMAS or WorldTracer. Sometimes, this can take a day or two to happen during which time, your bag might as well not exist.
