If you take a taxi, it's a good idea to have the taxi pick you up at a predetermined time. There were no taxis available on the return when we were there. There's a lovely little restaurant nearby that serves a wide variety of delicious crepes along with other items. When you walk out of Monet's house make a right on rue Claude Monet. It's about a short 2 block walk on a little country lane. Restaurant is on left called La Musardiere.
