Greetings from a mostly-NWA flyer. But, now living in STL, you don't have much choice than to fly AA.
Anyway, my question is this: everytime I try to purchase a ticket on AA.com, it always gives me paper tickets, even though I *want* e-tickets. It always tells me that e-tickets are not available.
Luckily I don't get charged the fee for paper tickets, but it is an annoyance.
Any idea why this would be happening?
