I called up the 1K desk and the lady was less than helpful - she said there was no Singapore Airlines booking reference code and no SQ E-ticket number on the itinerary. I would really like to be able to choose my seats for this flight beforehand and I figure there has to be a way.

Anyone have any ideas?
