Neither, I would trust the cargo site for equipment info (and that can even be misleading). Plus all bets are off until you board the plane.......
yup another vote for unitedcargo.com-which has there are 2 sections to look at..... flight status and flight schedule. i have found that flight schedule has been more accurate that flight status in terms of showing any a/c changes-and if you have time before you head to the airport, you can also look at your seat selection under olci as i caught a 757 (in f) downgrade/upgrade to a ps 57 (correctly moved to c but i was able to snag row 9). but as jhayes_1780 notes, all bets are off until you get on the plane
