It's no secret that GH Macau is understaffed. I wouldn't be surprised that the hotel is losing money, but I heard that the point is to attract customers and profit from gambling at the casino.
Grand Hyatt Macau is recruiting new staff at the moment. Hope the problem of understaffed can be resolve soon.
