Hi,

only would like to know if others have the same bad experience like me.

My Spanair Plus Gold was valid until March 2010, but had enough points to keep the status until March 2011.

Did not recieve the new card until End of April, called them (on the number for Gold members), confirmed that the new one was sent out in the beginning of April.
Did not receive nothing.
Called again 3 weeks ago, they confirmed that they will send it out again, but still nothing happend.

Similar experience?

PS: had flights in April and May, and on boarding pass was shown my GOLD status, one flight was with LH, the two others with BD.
