What's it like Jenbel, the Ariel? Do you have IHG Status?

Hiya, I have stayed at the HI Ariel a couple of times. It's ok but a bit odd. The building is circular so make sure you ask for a room on the outside, the rooms on the inside are very small. The rooms are standard HI really, nothing fancy but do the job. Fine for £40-£60, but never worth more than that. It's easy to get to on tfl buses so no need to the rip off hoppa.
