What is the official rule regarding Diamond Breakfast via room service? I generally have no issue having this comped, however last week the PH Melbourne told me it's only for breakfast in the restaurant. As a goodwill gesture they comped it, but stated the Diamon breakfast only applied to Radii restaurant.
I think think that complimentary in room breakfast for Diamonds is something that is at the discretion each individual property. I don't think that it is part of the published breakfast benefits for Diamond members.
I don't know what their usual policy is, but I was happy when GH Erawan Bankok gave me complimentary in room continental breakfast on the morning of an early departure before the club lounge opened for breakfast.
