Could very well be, there were a few terrible (B10 like) WC's out there (BOS/LGA quickly come to mind) but honestly other than my visit to the SC 2 weeks ago I can't recall the last time I was flying DL/NW into DCA (I've typically flown CO and used the PC in DCA) but regardless whichever club they were calling the SC 2 weeks ago the furnishing need some quick attention
