Little hard to post this as my good friend just died yesterday morning.

I booked and paid for travel for a group of friends going to New Orleans this coming Thursday. We're still going in his honor but what can I do with his ticket?

I'm prepared to take the loss on it, as he had not paid me, but if I can get a refund, I'd like to give it to the family as they are not well off.

Anyone have any experience or details on what AA normally does or what I will need (death certificate or just funeral home name so they can call and verify etc)?

I'd appreciate any advice before I call AA.
