Tried webchat the other day for my ticket using the UA Visa companion cert, and I was given mostly wrong info. Slow response and wrong info. Was told flight was available, but 1K line said otherwise, took the agent ages to reply. I asked like 5 or 6 questions and the agent only attempted to answer half of them, what is the point of having webchat then when they ignore my questions? Furthermore, info was lacking that T class was needed for the companion cert (I could have easily looked up T class availability myself with that info). For my experience, webchat is no different than calling ICC or not calling at all.
