I'm pretty sure my agent Pankaj was Anyhow, I give him/her an A- for the web chat session today. Was able to manually assign E+ seats for me since .bomb has a lovely glitch that prohibits 2 2Ps + 1 GM from picking E+ online. Thought I might split the PNR instead but decided to try giving the web chat a go. The minus was for not being able to give us the A320 bulkhead LAX-BWI when a dummy booking reveals row 6 completely open...what gives? Guess I'll have to call if I really want those seats.
