Definitely the Marriott Waterfront over the Renaissance. The Renaissance is fine, but the Waterfront hotel is one of my very favorite Marriotts within the U.S. They have great views, an excellent concierge lounge, it's a pretty new hotel and I've been upgraded to suites (I'm platinum) several times. Enjoy!
