Tripadvisor reviews (for whatever they are worth...) of the IC Phoenecia are not very favorable. Is it true that the primary view from many rooms is a "bomb site"? The hotel's web site photos show the hotel as quite modern and refreshed, but the user photos on tripadvisor show the contrary. Can anyone comment?

Also, the Four Seasons doesnt seem to have such great reviews either. Im surprised there isnt a clear "front runner" in town.
