Ok, since we have unfortunately lost this tool - and the efforts by the OP and all those who contributed, we think it's best to close this thread.

If we find a similar tool in the future, then we suggest we start a new thread, so that those who have done this previously can be encouraged to resubmit their information.

This was a really great idea by the OP - and thanks to him for bringing it to our attention and those who participated.
