I know I've had some issues with this SC before, but I must say that when it's not crowded, it has to be one of my favorites just to relax. The views from this location of the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building are superb, not to mention the Potomac. A seat by the window is always proves to be quite relaxing. Anyone else think that this SC location is one of the system's strongest in hard product?
