Thanks for responding. However, I'm even more confused now.
If I use a "coupon code" of "COSTCO" or "13365" am I using a pre-negotiated or corporate account rate ??
From my perspective, since I do not work for Costco, then these are not corporate rates. And as for pre-negotiated, I didn't negotiate anything. I feel as if these rates are simply another benefit of my Costco membership, just like the AAA rates for their members.

But if I'm reading the past few posts correctly, people are having problems using their Gift Certificates purchased at Costco when the rate already reflects a discount for being a Costco member ?
