TCAB still working as of night of 8/21. used it for BOS-CDG which was a bit less than web special fare without the discount (web special far was discount ineligible). EXP desk agent asked what the discount was for...I had no idea and said so but it went through anyway--maybe someone who knows should post what this is for...
