Does anyone know of discount codes that can be used to purchase AA tickets, either on or offline -- something like a certain percentage off? Does asking them to match Entertainment discounts still work? Another question: if you book a trip by phone or at a cto, is there some way to then purchase it online for the mileage bonus? For my trip I get extremely high quotes via aa.com; much lower via phone for the same routing. Is this common? Is there any way around it?
