Over the last 20 years, I've used them twice. Usually, I can get a better deal direct, but it does take some time to research (as opposed to one call to them.) They do have the ability to access a different 'bucket' of fares. For eg. if you were unable to find free seats, and only full fare first was available, they may in fact be cheaper. Good Luck.
