No. I understand your frustration that BA managed to get you to your destination during a strike, just not in the style you are accustomed to. I am however referring to the style we are accustomed to.

In over 100 flights over a period that included IA and a very cold winter I never had any substitutes that caused me to have an angled seat instead of a flat bed. I never had a flight cancelled and my longest delay was 6hrs due to a snow storm at LHR. I did have my seat changed quite a number of times. Always to a higher cabin though.

Maybe I am extremely lucky but somehow I think I represent a satisfied silent majority.
