Now let's think about my last three BA sectors.
- CW flight cancelled at about 36 hours notice. Moved from 62K on a 747 to 15D on a 777. Onboard service massively reduced from normal levels.
- ET flight to MAD changed to be operated by EuroAtlantic Airways on a plane much more cramped than the normal ET seats, let alone 26C of a 757 which I had originally booked.
- 3. Same as 2, except I was able to change to a BA Cityflyer service, although again this resulted in a much more cramped flight than I would otherwise have had.
Your point b is a joke, right?
