I would say Business Class rewards are your best value for points/money.
It seems that getting award seats in premium cabins is a bit difficult, unless you are an elite member of FB [there is a thread on that, cannot find it at the moment], so finding 4 seats in Business might be a bit difficult unless you are Elite.
