Nope - never saw the a/c. The last pink a/c I recall seeing was the Song a/c.
Frankly, I find these aircraft wasteful and hypocritical. First, wasteful because of e effort to paint a one-off aircraft and the ensuing inefficiencies (and possible, albeit slight) increase in environmental damage. Second, hypocritical because of Delta REALLY cared about breast cancer, as opposed to just wanting the "good will vibes" from making a public appearance of "caring", they wouldn't waste time, energy, and money slapping paint on aircraft, they'd donate that money to breast cancer research.
Generally speaking, paint schemes on planes are stupid wastes of money anyway. Just slap a sealer on the skin, along with any regulatory-mandated markings, and put the savings from not doing a fancy paint job into elements of the service that actually touch the customer. I may see the paint job on an aircraft for 10-20 minutes, as we maneuver around in the ground (and that is if I choose a window seat and care to look out). I can spend up to 14 hours being miserable in a slip-'n'-slide Mimbari-bed or a contorted Z.
Save e environment, put the money into enhancing the customer experience and make a donation to a worthwhile cause of you really must assuage your corporate conscience.
